Organisation structure

Sibmar Construction is formed of three independent divisions:

Core Construction Division

This division handles large construction contracts for major clients. The contracts undertaken by this division are valued between £500,000 and £5,000,000.

Small Works Division

This division handles smaller contracts, but maintains the same level of professionalism and quality as Core Construction. The contracts handled by the Small Works division typically fall between £5,000 to £500,000.

Office and Commercial Division

The Office and Commercial division specialises in office refurbishments, fit-outs and various other construction related services for this specific sector. This division’s main expertise lies in Fast Track programmes - using quality materials and technology to complete office refurbishments to a high finish.
