OUR ROLE
To demolish the existing building including the removal of existing underground petrol tanks and construct a contemporary mixed use development in one of Newham’s busiest streets.
THE PROJECT
99-105 Leytonstone Road represents a contemporary approach to the development and regeneration of the northern fringes of the borough of Newham. The site lies within a predominantly residential area, but on the busy Leytonstone road, which provides limited local access to rail amenities.
A high quality mixed use development of ground floor retail, first floor start-up office space and well designed, residential two bedroom flats on second, third and fourth floors. It is a robust design solution that aims to tackle issues relating to provision of public amenity, privacy and contemporary living.
