OUR ROLE

To carefully demolish a large single family house and construct 2no new mews houses of contemporary design.

THE PROJECT

A very complicated site in a inner London mews, which made the construction extremely challenging. Meticulous planning was required to ensure the successful completion of this project and maintain good neighbourly relations for the client.

The contemporary scheme involved the careful demolition (including asbestos removal) of the existing house. The new structure consisted of strip foundations, traditional masonry walls, timber floors, flat roof with roof terraces, and internal feature walls.

Internally the properties were finished to a high standard, which included high gloss bespoke kitchen units, corian worktops, natural flooring finishes, mood lighting, and ceiling heating.

The project was successfully completed on time and within budget with client occupying one of the properties.
