As part of Sibmar's commitment to improving customer service, we have continued to carry out our Annual Customer Survey.

 

Each year, our customers are asked to complete a questionnaire indicating satisfaction across a wide variety of areas and how important each area is to them.

 

This research allows us to identify if there are service areas where we are falling below or indeed exceeding the levels you expect across the Construction industry.

 

We are happy to say that generally satisfaction levels are extremely high. Please see below for some of our survey findings compared to the previous year.
